Mice Dice Slots

Mice Dice Slots
That is a sensible and superb question to begin this review with, as we asked ourselves the same thing when we first discovered it. The opening image does give you the answer, but we’ll hold that back for a moment as we introduce our Mice Dice review here.

If you ever wanted to know why mice might be using dice, you’re going to find out here!

Which developer had this odd idea?

Someone working at Realtime Gaming came up with it, so we can thank RTG for developing some unusual ideas!

It does have the traditional practice game to try

And this is a superb way to learn how it works and to see if it holds enough potential to draw you in.

So, more about that theme…

We do have some mice in this game, and there are dice too, so the idea of a mouse-filled casino isn’t stretching credibility too far. This is a slot game, after all, so we’re diving into a casino-themed game with a lot of mice around.

Does it have a cheesy design?

The theme is a little cheesy, so we guess the design should follow that, right? The information above the reels is set into lumps of cheese, with smaller chunks for each of the numbered paylines.

Meanwhile, the game itself offers some casino-themed icons on the reels, with plenty of mice and a casino called Catsino, where the entrance is inside the cat’s mouth.

How to play the Mice Dice slot

The five-reel, three-row format returns here, and it comes with two progressives to go for as well. These have random triggers, so you need to just hope you’re one of the fortunate few to get one.

The mouse holding two dice is the wild, and it pays on its own too, with prizes going up to 2,500x your bet for five on a paid line. The casino entrance – the Catsino – is the scatter.

How many lines can you play?

There are 25 in action and it’s possible to play fewer than that, although it means potentially missing out on some prize-winning lines.

Which coin will you play with?

They go from a penny to a dollar each, and you can play one coin on each line.

A neat paytable supports the game

You can discover everything you need to know before spinning the reels by reading the paytable. We hope this article is proving useful too.

Any bonuses to note?

We do have the Feature Guarantee involved in the Mice Dice slot. This isn’t a bonus as such, although it is reassuring to see it. The free spin feature may trigger on any spin, of course, but the guarantee means you’ll always get it on the 100th spin if you’ve never managed it on previous ones. It’s only good to know about if you intend to play for that long though.

Free spins and how to find them

The scatter usually unlocks the free spins in many slots, but that’s not the case with this one. Instead, you must find the wild on just two reels to unlock the free games. This combination gives you a maximum 6x multiplier as well. If you unlock it with three wild mice, you’ll get a maximum 12x multiplier. You can also get more freebies with another two wilds landing in a free spin.

Do we know the return to player value?

The RTP percentage is often vague for these slot games. That’s true here as well, but we suspect it will come in at just above the 95% mark.

How high is our rating?

There is enough here for a 7/10 score, given the age of the slot and its limitations. However, it is entertaining and amusing in equal measure.

When will those jackpots drop?

They can pay out after a paid spin, and there is a random trigger for them, so no one can ever tell when one of them might next be awarded to a player.

Will you play the demo for Mice Dice?

It’s colorful and engaging and certainly ripe for a few practice spins, don’t you think?

Play for real but check your coins first

Since all real bets are final once they’re made, it is sensible to triple check the betting you’re going with before you hit the spin button.

Is this a mobile slot?

Since it is far older than many other RTG slot games, we doubt you’ll see this in your average RTG mobile casino.
